Gentry Elder Law, P.A. is the Law Office of Brooks N. Gentry, Esq.

Gentry Elder Law, P.A. is proud to serve beautiful Tampa Bay, especially Pinellas County's diverse communities and classic Florida beaches. And, realizing many clients are more comfortable in their own surroundings, Mr. Gentry often makes house calls as far north as Tarpon Springs, in upper county cities like Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater and Belleair, mid-county areas such as Seminole, Largo, and Pinellas Park, and of course, St. Petersburg, and all the beaches in between.

Mr. Gentry works personally with clients to understand the matter at hand, discuss the law and the risks, design appropriate solutions, and then, at the client's direction, put those solutions to task. He helps clients cope with medical, financial, legal, and personal changes, which he knows often present in crisis form. Mr. Gentry is well experienced with the stressful nature of crisis events and will listen to you with intent and respect, and he'll help you navigate your way.

Visits to assisted living facilities and nursing homes are also part of the business of caring for our elderly.  Please feel free to request these convenient services at any time.

We also very much value and actively participate in our local Pinellas County community, and we support local and national charities, including the SPCA Tampa Bay and the Alzheimer's Association.  If you have info on other local opportunities, please let us know. We're always looking for ways to give back, and pay it forward.

Gentry Elder Law, P.A. is an environmentally friendly law firm. To achieve this we utilize several environmentally conscious solutions, including digital, and maintain consistent office policies that reduce, reuse, and recycle whenever possible.

ACCREDITATION - Veterans Benefits

Mr. Gentry has earned VA Accreditation by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel.  If you are Veteran, we will be honored to assist you.

In order to independently assist claimants in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for VA benefits, an individual must be accredited by the VA.  An attorney’s practice of advising veterans about VA benefits not involving a specific claim does not require accreditation.  However, if an attorney advises clients regarding eligibility requirements, which Mr. Gentry often does, the attorney must be accredited because this advice constitutes preparation of a claim even if the attorney does not file the claim since it is given in regard to a specific application for benefits rather than general advice not related to a specific claim.

While VA Benefits may not apply, we also honor LEO, FD, and others who serve, and your families too as we know they are serving right along with you.

Thank you all for all you do.
